The Didyme flat is spacious, comfortable and very quiet. It has a wonderful view and triple exposure, which means it is very bright. It is about 20 metres from the beach, which can be easily reached by stairs from the flat's terrace.
It has air conditioning/heat pumps, fans and mosquito nets in all rooms and a pellet stove in the living room.
The first is a large bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers, bedside tables and an armchair bed that can be used by a small child.
The second is a room with two single bunk beds and a third pull-out bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The third bedroom/study has a comfortable double sofa bed and is furnished with a bookcase with storage space and a desk.
The fourth bedroom is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (including a dishwasher). In the living area you will find: a sofa bed, TV and an extendable table, seating up to 8 people.
The living room opens onto a panoramic terrace with views of Salina to the west and Panarea and Stromboli to the north, equipped with a dining table seating 8/10 and sun loungers.
In the corridor opposite the bedrooms are large wardrobes and a corner with a washing machine.
At either end of the corridor are the two bathrooms complete with shower stalls.
Didyme has parking for small/medium cars within the property.
The price of the flat includes final cleaning, water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, bed and bathroom linen (first set) Smart TV (SAT) and Wi-Fi.
The house also comes fully furnished and equipped with tablecloths, tea towels, pillows and blankets.
