In 1 minute you are on the beach. Passing through the famous 'ramblas' of Alghero you arrive in 5 minutes on foot to the city walls, where the small historic center begins. The terrace is very private (no building nearby) and the view is really beautiful, especially at sunset. The building is exposed to the wind so there is never heat in the summer. The penthouse is always exposed to light and is very bright.
