The apartment’s layout encourages outdoor living, as large glass doors separate the open-plan living area and the spacious shaded verandah. The apartment is part of the Ladunia residence which is ideally situated to reach the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia. Within 10-20 minutes you can get to the white sandy beach at Marinella or the picturesque beach at Punta Volpe. Surfboards, canoes and dinghies can be rented at Marinella. The nearby resort of Porto Rotondo (8 minutes) is blessed with many excellent restaurants and a lively marina for boat-spotting and evening walks.
Alternatively, in Olbia (20 minutes), you can explore vibrant farmers\' markets held three times a week. The Saturday market in Via Sangallo is particularly recommended. (15 minutes). Olbia also offers plenty of options for entertainment and some lively cafés in the Piazza Matteotti.
