Enter the villa on the upper floor, where you will be welcomed by a light and airy sitting room adorned with modern art, with sliding floor-to-ceiling windows that open out onto a panoramic sea view balcony. The seating area has two comfy sofas, handy coffee tables, a satellite television, and a corner open-hearth fireplace for those cooler months and evenings. The blue and white tiled kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your holiday, including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and that must-have morning coffee maker. The adjacent eight-seater dining area is perfect for some smart indoor entertaining. Costa Smeralda is famous for its ten-kilometre stretch of golden sandy beaches. The nearest beach is Grande Pevero. Spiaggia del Principe is quiet and set in nature.
