The location is ideal to fully enjoy the beauty of the South Coast, such as to allow a wide choice of both naturalistic and cultural itineraries. In addition, the house is perfectly connected by bus to Cagliari and Pula, Chia, Santa Margherita etc ... that pass every half hour / hour.
In front of the house, just 30 meters away, there is a beautiful white and fine sandy beach, clean water, equipped with tourist services and bathing like lifeguards, small bars and even a windsurfing school and surf kit. Beach also ideal for children.
