Privately nestled on top of a hill, the villa has a 6-hectare courtyard. The house has a large living room with a terrace in the front and three garden patios on the side and back, where you can enjoy coffee or cocktails. In front of the living room is a covered porch with an outdoor dining table and sofas. Two other tables in the courtyard are the perfect place for breakfast. The house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. The exterior is spacious, decorated with flowers, palm trees and cacti, landscaped on several levels.

The nearest villages, Porto Pozzo and San Pasquale, are 5 minutes away. Below the house, 10-15 minutes by car, is the most famous surf spot of Isola Dei Gabbiani and Porto Pollo, with beaches on both sides of the isthmus. About the same distance away is the other surfing destination-Porto Liscia. By car you have access to many wild and beautiful beaches. Nearby is the town of Palau, a very charming seaside village. A connection to La Maddalena is 15-20 min from the town. 10 km away is Santa Teresa di Gallura, from where ferries leave for Corsica.
