The location is perfect to spend relaxing holidays enjoying the scenic landscapes of Le Marche countryside. Moreover, being close to the sea and the city of Fano it gives the opportunity to go for excursions, do shopping in famous brands’outlets and have a good time in one of the sea front bars and restaurants. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, is characterised by a tidy garden and a lovely pool with panoramic view. The villa also offers wide outdoor living spaces to have unforgettable dinners.
