Prestigious villa with exclusive swimming pool in a residential complex of private villas supervised 24 hours a day which can only be accessed from a reception if you are a renter or owner. The residence expands along 3 km of coastline dotted with splendid white sand coves and crystal clear sea with exclusive access for guests.
The villa covers 1000 m² of land and is just 30 m from the white sand beach. The eclectic bulb-shaped pool is made of sea water and measures 100 m². The garden is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, armchairs and wicker sofas on which to relax and enjoy the splendid sunsets over the sea. Courtyard with dining area with barbecue and solarium with suggestive sea view.
The villa internally consists of:
-large living room with sea view and swimming pool, ornamental fireplace, lounge with sofas and TV;
-separate kitchen equipped with every comfort.

Maximum privacy and security guaranteed by the services of the Portobello di Gallura residential park (access to the residential park is permitted only to residents or accredited guests and tranquility and privacy is protected by the 24-hour security service).

RULES OF THE COMPLEX
According to regulations, guests must be accompanied by the agency upon their first entry. Please do not go directly to the gate, as access will not be permitted. We kindly ask you to meet us at the communicated meeting point. Guests or group members arriving later at check-in time, upon prior notice, can go directly to the gate and indicate the name of the villa and the surname of the reservation to gain access.
The use of umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs or the like is generally prohibited on the beach, as it disfigures the natural beauty of the landscape.
Access to campers and large vehicles is prohibited. Only cars are allowed.
Pets are not allowed on the beaches. It is strictly forbidden to stop or transit the beaches with any type of animal and it is also forbidden to bathe the animals both in the port area and in the body of water in front.
Don't throw cigarette butts or matches on the street - a small gust of wind is enough for some’ dry grass to catch fire and start a fire.
Driving at speeds above 20 km/h, whether by car or electric golf cart, is also prohibited within the complex to ensure the safety of all residents and guests.
We inform our kind customers that during the period from mid-September to mid-June there may be maintenance or renovation works in some areas of the complex. In most cases these are light and non-noisy activities. However, we are not notified in advance of the type of intervention or the expected noise level.
